Experience Ohio Amish Country Advertising Request Form

Fill in the required information on the advertising request form below and indicate what level of advertising you desire.

Standard Link Listing: $5.00 per month with 6 month contract or $4.00 per month with a one year contract.

Plus Photo Link Listing: $10.00 per month with 6 month contract or $8.00 per month with one year contract.

Premium Photo Link Listing: $15.00 per month with 6 month contract or $12.00 per month with one year contract.

You will need to send a check or money order for the appropriate amount payable to:

As soon as we receive your check for the appropriate amount we will begin building your link. It will be up and running by the first of the next month in accordance with our Advertising Terms.

If you have requested either photo link listings you will need to e-mail a .jpg or .gif image of your choosing (subject to our approval) before the 26th of this month to:

We will do a limited amount of editing in order to size and optimize your picture to best fit your listing.
