Be sure to check to see if you are already listed before applying (go to our site search page and type in your busines name). Your listing will not need to be renewed, but it may be removed at any time at our discretion without notification. The listing will be placed on the page we deem appropriate. Under some circumstances we may place the listing on more than one page.

Standard Link Listing: In addition to the Complimentary Listing, we include the words, “Visit their Web Site.” at the end of your listing as a link (that will open a new window on a visitor’s browser) to your web site. If you do not have a web site, you may instead send a picture of your choice (subject to our approval) to be placed as a non-linking thumbnail beside your listing for the price of the standard link listing.

Plus Photo Link Listing: In addition to the Standard Link Listing, we allow you to send a photo of your business (subject to our approval) to be used as a thumbnail (100 x 100 pixels) in front of your listing.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse any listing for any reason. Those that are listed do not necessarily bear our endorsement.

We reserve the right to limit the number of characters and edit the text in the description and basic details of any listing.

In order to qualify for advertising on our site, you must first be accepted for a complimentary listing (check to see if you are already listed before applying). After applying for a complimentary listing, we will notify you via email as to whether you have been accepted or denied.

If you are accepted (or if already listed) and desire a listing beyond the complimentary listing level you'll need to fill out the Advertising Request Form.

Experience Ohio Amish Country advertising rates and terms are subject to review and change at any time, but will always be honored for the duration of a contract.

Either party has the right to terminate a contract for any reason at any time. If we terminate the contract, we will refund your cost on a pro-rated basis calculated from the number of days remaining on the contract at the date of termination. If you terminate the contract before its expiration there will be no refunds given.

The effective starting date for all contracts will be the first day of the month following the month the request is dated. Requests must be received on or before the 15th and payment must be received on or before the 21st of the current month or they will be considered to be submitted the following month. Advertising will run from the first day of the following month through the last day of the month either six or twelve months later based on the duration of the contract chosen.

When a paid Ohio Amish Country advertising contract nears its expiration date we will send out a notice directing you to return here and fill out the appropriate renewal form if you desire to extend or renew your Ohio Amish Country advertising contract. _________________________________________________________________
