The experience of Amish Country Restaurants is one of the best parts of every trip we take. Amish style cooking, family-style dining and great food are all trademarks of Ohio Amish Country! Use this quick & easy guide to find what's available and where! The guide is made in outline form. The counties are listed with their cities or areas underneath. Just click on a city or area to see all of its listings. The hardest part of every trip we take is deciding which place we want to try next. Choices range from hotel restaurants with banquet facilities to little home-town diners and most anything in between. Whether it's corporately owned or single family run, there are breakfast buffets, brunches, luncheons, salad bars, dinner buffets, family style, off the menu, dine in, take out, drive through, breads, pies, ice cream . . . wow - it makes me hungry just talking about it!
Experience the flavors of Amish, Swiss, German or traditional American cuisine. Amish and Mennonite hosts, waiters or waitresses will tend to your every need in many of these establishments. But remember these are the ones that are closed on Sundays too. Plan or call ahead for hours and daily specials. If you leave Amish Country hungry, it's your own fault - you'll probably want to leave the diet at home too!
