Amish Peanut Butter Delight Pie

Homemade pies are a trademark dessert with Amish style meals. This Amish Peanut Butter Delight Pie recipe will enable you to experience the "delight" of dessert right from your own kitchen!

There's nothing quite like a piece of homemade pie to top off a great meal. Give it a try - it combines the two greats (chocolate and peanut butter)and it's as easy as . . . well, pie. We give it a "two forks way up" approval!

Ingredients:

First Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter
8 oz. whipped topping

Mix together and spread on crust.

Second Layer:
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Vanilla pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. whipped topping

Beat puddings, milk and enough whipped topping to make creamy. Spread on top of first layer. Top with remaining whipped topping.

Makes 2 large pies.
