Will definitely stay away from this place. I totally trust that what you say is correct! Wow, when will these managers learn to take care of their customers! Don't they get it that we are the ones that put the money in their pockets! Unbelievable. Thanks for informing us, and I too will pass this along. I've already told my coworkers in Columbus Ohio and many say they will make a note of it (to stay away)!

On 6/11/10 we had a group of 12 who stayed at Zincks Inn. During this stay a friend of ours went to the desk to report the fact that the water in their room was not hot. Now you must understand my friend is a VERY non confrontational person and a wonderful Christian lady. The owner was at the desk and proceeded to tell her there was no way that was possible. She, in a very polite manner, asked him if he was calling her a liar and he replied "yes I am calling you a liar". He then asked how many times had she stayed there and she told him 6-7 times. The owner checked his computer records and told my friend again she was liar because their computer only had her listed as being there one other time. We all know that computers are never wrong --- RIGHT! There was another lady behind my friend who was informing them she did not receive a very important phone call in a timely manner and the owner stated to her "what is this the complaint line?" This man's total lack of professionalism, extremely poor customer service and aggressive attitude cost him several people to never grace this Inn's doors again. Fortunately for us, 4 churches were represented from the quested we had with us and in total represent approximately 600-800 people with whom we will share this incident with, which I am sure they will share with their friends and family. If you do not enjoy being called a liar and do not enjoy paying a significant amount of money for poor customer service, I would strongly recommend you not stay at this facility.
